Two Styles to choose from: Classical or Whimsical
Classical: Realistic, delicate and expressive features shine through my classical portraits.
Whimsical: Exuberance, whimsy and soul radiate from my whimsical pet portraits. The portraits are a blend of realism and whimsy. The whimsical style is an alternative to the classical pet portrait.
When I create a pet portrait, expressing the essence of the animal is my goal. Typically, I create paintings of the entire animal, rather than a head profile; although either may be requested. Creative backgrounds are designed that highlight the unique characteristics of the animal. I work from photographs that the family provides.
I offer a 100 % guarantee on my pet portraits. I have never had anyone that wasn’t happy with their pet portrait. It is a joyful experience for the client and me; and I always look forward to seeing the happiness it brings.
